At Kashyap Technical, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable files, templates, software, and online resources are non-refundable once access or download has been provided.
Online Training & Courses
Refund requests made before course access may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Once course access has been provided or live training has been attended, no refund will be issued.
Failure to attend a live session does not qualify for a refund.
Consultancy & Services
For website development, digital marketing, automation, or consultancy services:
Work begins after payment confirmation.
Cancellation after work has commenced may not be eligible for a refund.
Any eligible refund will be processed after deducting work completed and applicable administrative charges.
Payment Processing
Payments are accepted through Payment Getway.
Services are offered under the Kashyap Technical brand, while payment collection and settlement are handled by Dr Wellcin Pharma OPC Private Limited, the authorised payment collection entity.
Refund Timeline
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
